How to play Ludo Classic
Roll the die, race tokens around the track, knock opponents back and reach home.
Game Objective
Ludo Classic is the beloved cross-and-circle strategy board game. Four factions compete on the board: Red (You), Green, Yellow, and Blue. Your mission is to roll the die and navigate all 4 of your tokens around the 52-step outer perimeter track, enter your home column, and reach the center sanctuary!
The first player to move all four pieces safely into the home triangle wins the tournament.
Rolling the Die & Deployment
- Deploy on a 6: You must roll a 6 to release a token from the home yard onto the starting runway tile.
- Bonus Rolls: Rolling a 6 immediately grants an extra roll after moving your token.
- Capturing Opponents (Knockouts): If your token lands squarely on a square occupied by an opponent's token, the rival piece is captured and kicked back to its base!
Home Straight & Safety
After completing a full circuit, tokens enter the dedicated colored home straight leading directly into the center triangle. Rival tokens cannot enter your home column.
Controls
- Roll: Click or tap the large rolling die in the control panel when it is your turn.
- Move: Tap any pulsing glowing token to execute its movement path.
